You can view, print, or e-mail record information by marking items to Keep from a Z39.50 Search Results hit list or from the Full Details display.
Kept records are not retained across multiple searches. For example, you mark 8 items to keep. When you click Kept, all 8 items appear. You can view, print, or e-mail this Kept list. Now, you perform a second search, and mark 3 more items to keep. This time when you view the Kept list, only the last 3 items appear. The first 8 items no longer appear on the Kept list.
You should always click Kept before leaving a Search Results or Full Details display that has items marked Keep.
