Recommend an Item for Order

You can recommend that your library order new items from Search Results, I Need Material, Best Seller lists, and Recommended Reading lists, if available.

1 Click Recommend to Order.
2 Type the information about the item to be ordered, as follows.
• Title
• Author
• Publisher
• Date
• ISBN/ISSN
• Reviewed/Cited in
• Price
• Note, if required
• Source
3 Type your user ID or alternate ID.
4 Click Send to recommend the item for purchase or Reset to start over.

You can requisition additional copies of a title from the Details of the item to be ordered.

1 Click I Need Material.
2 Click Requisition Additional Copies. The call number, item ID, and copy information for the title is automatically entered in the requisition form.
3 In the Number of Copies box, type the number of copies to purchase.
4 In the Note box, enter additional information, if required.
5 Type your user ID or alternate ID.
6 Click Send to recommend additional copies for purchase or Reset to start over.
