User Requests

When you review your account information through My Account, you are given the option to display user requests and library messages. On the Summary Account tab, the user requests list displays the number of requests you have. Clicking the Requests link displays the Requests tab.

The Requests tab gives information on all the requests you have sent to the library via I Need Material, Contact Us, or Reserves, if available. The following types of requests may display.

Questions or comments
Suggestions
ILL requests
Purchase requests
Library search service requests
Reserves requests (if available)

For each request listed on the Requests tab, the View and Cancel options are available.

Click View to see complete information about each request. Information about each request includes brief information about the original request and the date a response was sent from the library regarding the request, if any. From View, you can click Modify change an existing request, or click Cancel to cancel a request.

Or, from the requests list on the Requests tab, click Cancel to cancel a request.
