View Library Messages and Requests
You can view library messages and requests from My Account and the Requests tab.

Click Review My Account. |

The Account Summary tab displays. Under Summary, the Requests link displays the number of requests you have. Click Requests, or click the Requests tab. |

On the Requests tab, your library messages and request information display. Click View to see all available information about a request. |

Click Modify to change a request, then click Edit Request to send the changed message to the library. |

Or, in the requests list on the Requests tab, you can click Cancel to cancel a request. |
If you haven't already logged in, you may be prompted to log in when you attempt to change information in My Account. Depending on the settings your library has chosen, this login may only be valid for the current transaction.
